RESPA — the Retired Senior Police Officers' Association Malaysia — is a non-governmental organisation established in 1984 under the Societies Act 1966. We represent retired Commissioned Officers of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) from across all 13 states of Malaysia.
Built on the principle of Teguh Bersatu — Steadfast & United — RESPA works to safeguard the welfare, honour and legacy of those who have dedicated their careers to protecting the nation. Our association organises welfare programmes, community outreach, sporting & recreational activities, and actively collaborates with government agencies and NGOs.
Our Core Objectives
Strengthening unity, social integration and fraternal bonds among retired senior officers and their families across Malaysia.
Championing pension rights, health benefits, and critical aid through the RESPA Fund for members and their dependants.
Leveraging decades of policing expertise to collaborate with agencies and communities on public safety initiatives.
Organising social, sporting and cultural activities to keep members engaged, active and connected across the nation.
