Once the Secretariat at PULAPOL verifies the documents, the approval process typically takes 14 business days.

How do I apply for the RESPA Welfare Fund?

Submit an application form with supporting documents to the Secretariat at PULAPOL. Each case is reviewed by the Welfare Committee.

What types of medical assistance are covered?

The fund provides aid for major medical treatments, surgeries, and specialized equipment not fully covered by government pensions.

Who qualifies for immediate financial assistance?

Members facing extreme hardship or those affected by natural disasters are prioritized for urgent welfare relief.

Can I apply for aid multiple times?

Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of the situation and fund availability.

Do I need to be a registered member to receive welfare?

Yes, the welfare fund is exclusively dedicated to registered and active members of RESPA.

I forgot my login credentials for the Member Portal. What should I do?

Use the “Forgot Password” link or contact the RESPA Admin at urussetiarespa@gmail.com for identity verification.

How do I update my personal contact details?

Log in to the Member Portal and navigate to “Profile Settings” to update your address, phone number, or email.

Is the Member Portal accessible on mobile devices?

Yes, the portal is fully responsive and can be accessed via any smartphone or tablet browser.

Where can I find my digital membership card?

Your digital card is available for download in the “Membership” section of your secure portal dashboard.

What should I do if the portal is not loading?

Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If the issue persists, contact our technical support team.

How can I contribute to the RESPA Welfare Fund if I am not a member?

Manual transfers can be made to our official bank account. Send the transaction slip to our secretariat for an official receipt.

Are donations to RESPA tax-deductible?

We are currently processing tax-exemption status; please contact our office for the latest updates on tax-deductibility.

Can corporations partner with RESPA for CSR initiatives?

Absolutely. We welcome corporate partnerships that align with our mission of supporting veteran national security leaders.

How is the donation money utilized?

100% of public donations go directly to the Welfare Fund to support medical aid and educational grants for officers’ families.

Can I donate medical equipment instead of money?

Yes, we accept functional medical equipment like wheelchairs and oxygen concentrators. Please contact the PULAPOL office first.

How do I stay updated on upcoming events and news?

Can I volunteer for RESPA social activities?

Where are the annual general meetings (AGM) held?

AGMs are typically held at PULAPOL, Kuala Lumpur, or other designated venues announced via our newsletter.

How do I register for the RESPA Golf Tournament?

Registration links for all sporting events are sent via email and posted in the “Calendar of Events” section.

Does RESPA have a monthly newsletter?
